I have using coaching since 1996. I completed my first formal qualification as a professional executive coach in 2002.
My coaching work is influenced by the thinking and experience of Carl Rogers. He defined a helping relationship as one in which "one of the participants intends that there should come about more appreciation of, more expression of, more functional use of the latent inner resources of the individual".
I have also experienced the unlocking of this potential in my clients, helping them with "their personal journey".
